If you can email us a current picture of your home it will help us design a display prior to the estimate.
GEM uses professional grade lights that have been manufactured for us. We have helped in the design for the lights and clips to ensure they are as close to perfect once installed.
GEM will develop a custom design and cut the lights to your home or display. Because the lights are cut to fit your house, they can’t be reused on another home — so we only accept 3–5 year agreements.
We do have a $1,000 minimum size job per holiday display.
We maintain your display during the holiday season at no cost to you — fixing burnt-out bulbs and putting lights back up if they’ve fallen due to snow and ice.
We begin putting up the lights in September and October and remove them in January and February. We store them in the off season in our warehouse.
This is a lease agreement. Once you sign the contract your price is guaranteed for the length of the term — if you sign for $1,500, that is your price each year during the term. It will not increase due to inflation.
